Best Aqua Fitness Classes in MoCo

I'm looking for an aqua fitness class in MoCo that is a great workout. I'm casting a wide net - public or private gym recommendations are welcome. This would be a complement to running about 30 miles a week. Thanks!

In MoCo? I don't think that exists there.

One Life gyms have wonderful aqua classes. Plus you can go to any other class as well.

Thanks, but I know there are a number of classes, even just through the MoCo Rec department. I'm just wondering which ones are going to be a real workout.

Unfortunately the MoCo Rec registration was on Tuesday so they might be full now but if you can you should just try one one out. The people I see in them tend to be older women fwiw. But it looks fun.

The B-CC YMCA has some great aqua classes. Some teachers are better than others!
