Looking for interesting private dining option

I need to plan a dinner party for 10. On an expense account, so budget isn't much of a constraint. Looking for something interesting and fun. Think omakasa counter at Sushi Ogawa (but not right for this group). Roberto Donna doing a dinner party at Al Dente. That sort of more interesting thing, with excellent food. Not looking to get a room at Bourbon. Any wild ideas? Thank you in advance.

Have you considered hiring a personal chef?

With no budget, I would do this special night at the Occidental. Love the idea of old school table linen and impeccable service with decadent foods rooted from the past glamorous days.

Del Mar on the wharf has nice private spaces for a group that size

Agree that del Mar except for the parking is great. IMO Maydan is great but possibly too small to seat a group of that size together. What about Moon Rabbit?

Oyster, Oyster has a private room. They have fabulous food and it's very interesting what they can create essentially from vegetables and a few oysters. The presentaion is beautiful.
