All you have to do is make DC federal income tax exempt and cap local taxes at 10%. Within a year DC will be the play ground of the rich. The Republicans can point to DC and say see this is what happens when you do away with taxes! Look how property values have increased and the city is the envy of every state.

Yes, people/Thiel have discussed this but where is the evidence that they’re doing this in DC? The DC part is what I am questioning. There is only “circumstantial evidence” or talk that the plan is DC. As a resident of DC, I’m concerned but it seems to be talk rather than actual planned activity.
