This is the place. It may be a drive but they are the experts. They may be able to do virtual in VA but I’m not sure. My best friend is an OCD specialist and referred us to the practice years ago (my kids diagnosis isn’t OCD specifically but related). If BTC doesn’t work due to distance, just beware of practices that say they can treat OCD but don’t have the speciality. Read the therapist bio and ask for a free consult before scheduling.

Thank you for the recommendation. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Mansueto, who is the owner. The initial consult is $640 out of pocket. Is he an expert in treating OCD with ERP?

The first appointment is also long - I don’t remember exactly but 1.5-2 hours. Subsequent appointments are 45-60 minutes and much less expensive.
