Help with slinky, flowy pants for my mom

I know that some posters will roll their eyes that I am putting this on the fashion board, but it's about clothes and for my mom with health issues and dementia, so please be nice 
My mom for years has worn flowy pants in a very tiny thin rib that I can best describe as slinky...? They are wide leg and have an elastic waist (no drawstring), essentially very comfortable and usually come in high plus size. They usually come with coordinating tunic tops of the same flowy material. She was previously a size 2x but has recently lost a lot of weight and her usuals are hanging off of her. I would like to get her some replacements, but when I search for the same brands (Women Within and Anthony Originals), I am not coming up with the same kind of material, but rather more regular knits. I'm not exactly sure of her new size, but likely 16-18, so might fit in some missus lines, but likely woman or plus would be a better fit. I have a memory that she also had a lot of similar pants and tops from a brand like Karen Kane, but again am coming up short. Does anyone know what I am talking about and can you point me toward other brands that make a similar type of pant? Or at least help me come up with better search terms
