I'm bringing birthday lunch to my mother. What's the best take-out around Besthesda/Rockville/North Potomac? She likes everything...but it should be a little elevated since it's her birthday!

Not particularly "elevated" but man Kuya Ja's Lechon Pork Belly is amazing, one of the best restaurants in the DMV right now.

Their pork belly is some of the best. I think the crispy skin might be too tough for her. Maybe I can get her some sissig.
