| It seems pretty limited for prayer, fasting or sabbath observances. I am very religious (Catholic) but nothing in my observance requires accommodation. I only know one co worker who might have enough religious reason to get accommodation. I am unsure of his exact religion but he is always talking about prayer and God and counsels people frwquently. |
| We already have guidance on this at my agency, it isnt new for us. Its very similar to the diabolity accommodations process so I wouldnt expect it to allow many people to telework other than on an ad hoc basis. |
| The devout muslins I work with could easily justify full time telework under the new guidance. They seem to be asking for every Friday and Ramadan. While I do not think this rule is appropriate (when telework is not allowed for any other totally valid reasons)I think they do fall under the guidance. |
