Reasonable accomodations for religion

It seems pretty limited for prayer, fasting or sabbath observances. I am very religious (Catholic) but nothing in my observance requires accommodation. I only know one co worker who might have enough religious reason to get accommodation. I am unsure of his exact religion but he is always talking about prayer and God and counsels people frwquently.

We already have guidance on this at my agency, it isnt new for us. Its very similar to the diabolity accommodations process so I wouldnt expect it to allow many people to telework other than on an ad hoc basis.

The devout muslins I work with could easily justify full time telework under the new guidance. They seem to be asking for every Friday and Ramadan. While I do not think this rule is appropriate (when telework is not allowed for any other totally valid reasons)I think they do fall under the guidance.
