The Bag Guys 2 or Smurfs appropriate for 4-year-old?

| My 4-year-old wants to see a movie in a movie theater. I see two kids shows are out - Bad Guys 2 and Smurfs. I don’t know anything about either movie. Are either appropriate for a newly turned 4-year-old? Or should we wait for something else to come out? |
