Help me remember this commercial from the 1970s/80s

I keep picturing this commercial where a woman falls and trips and spills her purse and no one helps her at first, but then someone does help her.
And another one im which a little girl gets separated from her mom and only speaks Spanish and someone helps her find her mom eventually.
I feel like they were like PSA commercials about being kind or something.
And I mixing a few up? Am I nuts?

OP !! I am 51 and totally remember this commercial. It ran when I was quite young watching WPIX I believe.

That ad/psa crosses my mind now & again.

I really wish i could find it -

I remember it as a woman spilling her purse & picture the girl helping her pick what looked like miscellaneous pamphlets off the floor of the bus, and that is how she got separated from her mom.

Just so glad to know someone else remembers this.

Op here again, I’m so glad someone else remembers too!!

I remember another one where there was a bride and groom who were late showing up for their wedding because they were going to visit what one would assume was an elderly family member, probably a grandmother, at a nursing home or something.

It probably was some sort of religious group supporting the ads.
