It sounds like there are plenty of issues in the DMV with Great Falls Reston and DC Soccer Club having major legal issues at the moment. Are there any other lawsuits occurring?
Does anyone have an update on the two lawsuits mentioned above? |

The lawsuit with DC Soccer Club is ongoing it looks like. How has DC Soccer Club not settled this yet?

The GFR lawsuit is dropped. |

DCSC is the plaintiff. Perhaps the defendants don’t want to settle. |

According to the documents, there are two lawsuits. DC Soccer is suing T. Walsh for trying to take players. T. Walsh is suing DC Soccer for sexual harassment and a potential cover up.
Later in August is when the hearing is, so it will be fascinating to see all of the evidence displayed. |

The lawsuit was dropped. Most likely because it was a frivolous lawsuit and the plaintiff feared a counter suit. |
