That’s our policy too, for external candidates. For internal, the hiring manager calls and gives some feedback.

They don't. That's the actual answer none of these people will tell you. If you're waiting to hear back don't. Keep applying and interviewing as if the interview never happened they don't exist. If they do reach out, it'll be a happy surprise and maybe by that time you'll have options.

LOL!! Not! I had my third interview, over lunch, obviously in person, with a law firm a month ago and it’s been crickets.
