| Is there a clear winner? What are the differences in vibes? |

Both are hard to fly to but can fly into Albuquerque for Santa Fe about. 45 min drive there are shuttles as well
Santa fe is easier to get to Santa fe can be walkable |
Santa Fe has an airport. Teeny but it works. |
| I love and prefer Santa Fe- much broader range of options. Ojo caliente is fantastic (do a day pass, spa is great). Many cool Airbnb options walkable to lots. Fantastic dining. Georgia o’keefe museum. Meow wolf. So much art. |
| Sedona requires a 2 hr drive from PHX airport. I personally don’t view that as a “weekend” trip. |
I don’t view either as a weekend trip from DC. Way too far. |
| Sante Fe for the win, unless your group is into crystals and the like |
| Sedona is insanely crowded on weekends. |
| I did Sedona for a girls trip. It’s really cool but it was a looong way to travel for a weekend. |
It’s not like Sante Fe is closer. |
Do you do anything besides shopping? Plenty to do in Sedona without being “into crystals.” |
| I love Santa Fe and have never been to Sedona - could anyone compare? Re Santa Fe, hiking is also good |
| For a similar vibe/landscape but easier to get to for a weekend trip, I’d suggest Tucson or Albuquerque. Both have nice spa resort options. |
Tucson still requires a connection. |
NP. Sure. You can go on a vortex tour or an Ayahuasca retreat. |
