I almost choked on a piece of muffin. I coughed it up myself but now my throat burns and I have this terrible pressure behind my nose. It almost feels like when you accidentally inhale/drink chlorinated pool water.
When I coughed it up there was no liquid coming up with it —-I could understand that.
I tried blowing my nose and eating a spoonful of applesauce to calm down the fire in the back of my throat but it didn’t help.
My ears are clogged too I just realized.
I assume all this will go away soon — but what can I do to hasten it, or at least be more comfortable?!
