| Does anyone know when the fall schedules will be out. Kinda hard to plan. My life doesn’t revolve around soccer |
Now it does. Draft brackets came out two weeks ago. Brackets locked on Monday. Clubs and teams are now in the schedule negotiating window. That usually lasts two weeks or so. |
| No league has schedules out yet -- except maybe specific clubs/teams if they're savvy enough. |
| GA released their schedules yesterday |
Well they said games could start as early as 8/8- so yeah some leagues have started posting schedules |
| you can check on the nj talking soccer website. More teams in the north atlantic play that division. |

Yes and no. Note that every game every age is Saturday at noon UTC. Not even a real time zone and of course this won’t stick. |
If your life doesn’t revolve around soccer then why do you need the schedule now? Just plan your life without soccer. |
Disillusioned. They have flexibility in their life and other priorities outside of soccer but they would not be here and asking the question if it did not revolve around it. Join the club. Most of us awaiting the details so that we can finalize fall commitments away from soccer. Is it frustrating, yes. Will there be another high as fun as watching your kid play in a crisp, mid-Atlantic fall? Not likely if your kid loves it like mine does. Enjoy the process. |
It’s great your family enjoys playing and watching so much. From experience, just make sure your kid’s identity, and your relationship with him, does not become soccer. Because if (when) the soccer ends or is no longer as fun, he can really struggle to find himself. Cultivate non-soccer friends, hobbies, and values. Talk about other stuff at the dinner table. Kids soccer is great but it is just a brief moment of their youth. My son had an injury at 13 and it was hard for all of us to adjust. |
