Hmmm. Nah, I think I'd rather go to the Stewart & Cohbert rallies. |
My whole family is in. |
I'm going. Not that I'm all that excited about it but I figure that the Stewart/Colbert rallies may draw away people from this one. Who wants to pay to go to DC twice in one month, right? Plus since it's a waste of my time to write Eleanor Holmes Norton about anything since she has no vote, I make it a point to go to the rallies. I miss the days when it helped to write my congressperson -- but I try to make up for it by marching.

So, this wasn't much of a traffic stopper. Did anybody besides the Communist Party of America, Al Sharpton, and La Raza attend? Or does anyone know or care? ![]() |
My point exactly. The Post spent tons of ink promoting Glenn Beck. Yet stuck the One Nation event in the middle of the first section - on the Thursday before the march. How can anybody think the Post is liberal? |
I saw a photo online that looked pretty dense around the reflecting pool. The article said tens of thousands came. But I think the point was to get cooperation started between the groups rather than to stage a publicity extravaganza ala Beck.
