| Obviously, I know about using Mama Bear for legal forms for a college student. Can Mama Bear also be used for legal forms for an older parent? We need to do Power of Attorney for my mom- can I use Mama Bear to get all the legal forms she needs? |

| My sister and I have medical and financial POA for our parents. We downloaded forms from the state website, had them notarized (although according to the website posted by PP, that isn't even necessary in VA), and have never had an issue executing them when necessary. Easy and free. |
