What is your favorite at this restaurant?

I tried only their varenyky and really liked them.

They have good cocktails, and I like the appetizer platter with the seasoned fat (goes well with vodka)

Their varenyky are excellent, as are the deruny. The salo is very good, and quite elevated compared to how it is normally served.

The mushroom holubtsi are great, and I think better than the meat.

Of the meat dishes, I think the bigos is the best.

The only real "miss" from my side is the banosh. It is beautifully presented, but the decision to use goat cheese rather than a firmer, saltier, cheese was really disappointing.
