I have been in the job from hell for 2 months now. My boss has yet to meet with me and give me goals. No onboarding, training is all read or videos.
Boss tells me to do something. I ask questions and get told “the template will tell you how to fill it out”. I do it wrong and then she rips me apart. Gave my notice last Monday and lo and behold I have a list of deliverables by next Friday about 15 items long. Most of which are overdue and were hers. I want to go in on Monday and just quit! |

| If you can afford it, cut a week of your notice. I did, it felt so good! I said the other job wants needs me pronto, so sorry, gotta go! |

Do you have another job that does not depend on her recommendation?
If so, go in Monday, pick up your personal things and leave. |

| Omg, this sounds like my old boss. Quit. Tell HR why and ask for a reassignment if they have one. |
