At my job we have a bunch of small trashcans that we use very often. For my job where we use our hands (production) we discard a lot of plastic.
Now, I never ever let any of my trash get to the floor. If it does I pick it up and throw it again.

My coworker is pissing me off because he always throws his trash on the floor. The plastic always hits the freaking floor. I have cleaned bathrooms so this is not an ego thing. This is me just being so pissed that he doesnt try. I will not pick up his trash.

By the way, when he uses tissues he literally throws them to my side of the table. So annoying

Tissues, throw them back while saying gross loudly.

Tell him you’re not his mother or his maid and he can put his own damn tissues in the trash. Throwing used tissues is a hygiene issue so your management would hopefully tell him to cut it out if you complain.

The plastic on the floor thing is obnoxious to whoever has to clean it, but if there is someone whose job it is to do that and there’s no policy against it, he’s just a jerk. Or, conceivably, your company might actually prefer you do the same if it speeds production?

You are not his mother so why do you care? Bossman will tell him to clean his crap up as it piles up.
