Newish used car still under manufacturer warranty

Just bought a used car (2024) that still has 2 years left on the manufacturer's warranty. Yay! Do I need to notify the manufacturer somehow? Also, I have never bought a used car before. If I don't need to notify the manufacturer, do I proactively check NHTSA for any TSBs or recalls?

No, you don’t need to notify anyone. Your warranty is good. If there were open recalls the dealer who sold the car would tell you. You can check online just in case or check with a dealer when you service the car next time.
