How many summer courses did your TJ student take before 9th?

Know many take PE. If wanted to knock out the computer science and personal finance courses at same time, will FCPS still let student take all in 1 summer or would student need to do virtual Virginia for some?

FCPS - including TJ - will only let you do 1 course for credit in the summer. This is the case whether it's through them, LCPS or VV. The only exception to this and where you can double up is the personal finance course. That course can be taken in the summer too even if you're doing another summer class.

To your question, DC did PE summer before TJ9th and did PE + the EPF course summer before 10th. Then did the extra social studies course summer before 11th (might have been this summer they did EPF instead? i forget)

DC is a rising 9th grader at TJ and completed HPE9 and EPF this summer to make room for honors chemistry as an elective in 9th.

Factually incorrect. FCPS allows more than one summer course. It all depends on your HS. If your HS allows more than one course, you can do it. For example: Summer PE and Geometry
