You can search the safesport database, but it only has those under disciplinary action:
https://cdd.uscenterforsafesport.org/ You can also search the US soccer database here for coaching licensure and for many it also returns the date of their latest safesport training: https://learning.ussoccer.com/directory It is also not perfect but as close as I have been able to find. |
| Why the curiosity to look into this? Seems a bit overboard. Coaches aren't able to be added to rosters unless they have completed it so 99% sure they have completed it. |
OK Chester |
| Not true. |
I have seen numerous coaches at multiple clubs not listed on SS so that's 100% false. |
Interesting, thought all leagues required it but I guess I was wrong. I know our DCs coaches have to do it as do I as a TM. |
| Neither US Club nor VYSA can approve a coach to a roster unless they have a current SafeSport. That could mean its good on August 1 and expires on August 2, but the system literally will not let an adult be added to a roster until they have done SafeSport and their background check has been completed and approved. |
| You know that SafeSport training is just watching videos and taking online quizzes, right? The whole thing is pretty meaningless. |

| What happens if they didnt take the training? Is the coach high risk? |
No it just means the club and league are not enforcing the requirement. |
Safesport doesn't provide a list everyone who has completed their certification. |
You’re an idiot. What is a high risk? The coach can’t be carded by their league without the training being complete. |
It is (I've done it). But not requiring it would indicate that you really don't give a sh*t. |
