Spinoff-Team Fees, how many tournaments?

What was your team fee, for what age group, and how many tournaments does that cover for the year?

Just curiious based on comments in the herndon and team fee thread.

Valor no team fee, 5 tournaments included in registration fee 😉

Oh right, Valor charges $3000 for u-little NCSL but includes all the tournaments.

I just paid 1600 for 3 seasons of DCSC Select for my 8 year old. In addition I just dropped $100 on the kit and practice jersey.

Those are registraton/club fees. Does it say that tourmaments are included?

Sterling Soccer - About $1900 including both registration and team fees. Includes 4 tournaments, 3x weekly practice, agility training, and GK training. Same price for all age groups.

I know many in this group don't like small clubs, but there are definitely pros!

We were at a similar small club in MD and that’s how much it cost too. Not turf though.

SYC coaches like HG loves to have the kids play in tournaments. WHY? Cause he gets free lodging, free meals so why not. Parents are dumb enough to think more tournaments = better development.

No. Herndon charged us $2500 +$530 tournament fee. We were not told how many tournaments that covers.

SYC Base Rate non MLS/ non GA U12 =$2400

Tournaments x7= $700 (This depends on your team size roughly $80-$100 per player.)

Optional Winter Training $100-$200 league dues and indoor training space rental.
