recommendation for allergist for kids with regulatory disorders

Would you please provide the name(s) of allergists who work well with kids with regulatory disorders, food allergies and food sensitivities. My 3 year old son has a significant number of food allergies and sensitivities that impact his behavior, ability to attend, etc. His aggression has improved as well. I am considering putting him on a rotation diet because he develops a sensitivity or allergy to any food we feed him regularly over time. We just started working with a nutritionist to give him supplements, probiotics, etc., to deal with/heal his leaky gut, but, in the mean time, our list of restricted foods continues to grow.

Our current allergist doesn't have many suggestions and says we can go ahead and feed him foods that he has mild allergies to although over time his reactions worsen and his allergies to the foods become more severe.

We have had tremendous success at improving his adhd and spd symptoms by eliminating foods to which he reacts. I'd like an allergist knowledgeable about leaky gut, regulatory disorders and food sensitivities and who will help set up a rotation diet rather than just telling us to carry around an epi pen.

We've been happy with Debbie McCabe, but it sounds like the food sensitivity issue is pretty severe.
Dr Layton (from everything I've heard) sounds like he might be a good fit. If I were in your shoes, I might also do a phone consultation with Judy Converse, the author of Special Needs Kids Eat Right. She is a licensed nutritionist and very familiar with gut issues.

In my experience, Dr. Layton is a crackpot. We took DD to him for similar issues. He seems to have a one size fits all approach and has an agenda of pushing series of dubious (and potentially very harmful) shots. Save your time and money, and your child's health, and see someone else.
