Wonder how they do so much business when they have such bad reviews on Checkbook. Plus their homes are so cookie-cutter, dated and cheap-looking. I'm seeing their signs everywhere and am baffled who is buying these homes.

Well the good reviews are definitely usually bs, but bad reviews I tend to believe!

Very bad business. Building a home by me - and you can see how shoddy their work is. I looked them up, and no idea how they have sold so many houses and build so many a year. Their work is crappy.

I love when people say this on the internet. Tell me, using specific examples, of how their work is crappy?
