junk mail or legit?

2010 DD received below from out-of-state D1 school she has not interacted with. Just checking this is a normal attend our camp cash grab or are these the kind of e-mails sophomores should pay attention to?

It's an invitation to the university's ID Camp. It does have a name and contact info of an assistant recruiter.

"Per NCAA rules, we are allowed to share general camp information with you prior to your grade 11 year. We just launched an ID Camp for this upcoming Fall. If available, please consider joining us for one of our upcoming camps."

Junk mail. You'll know when it's more targeted when you get the mailers in a big envelope from the program with all sorts of shiny pieces of paper/posters/stickers about the school. But even then, your daughter and everyone on her team, etc. prob got the same envelope.

College coaches are watching even when you don’t see them. Don’t blow off this camp because D1 coaches talk to each other. You don’t want word to get out about your DD not interested.

99% likely to be junk/mass email. Your club coach/director/college coordinator can find out more if there's interest, but this is likely the first of many, many mass outreaches you'll receive (assuming you're ECNL or GA).

We've had a college coach reach out to our club coach, when they weren't allowed to contact DS just yet. Got our info, and sent us a similar invite to a college id session. Once DS was of age to be contacted, he sent us direct texts and emails. So no, it's not totally junk email.
