| Anyone work at NFCU and can provide insight into working there? Is the annual bonus as big as I've heard? Looking to move out of my government job, but would have to take a cut in base pay. Normally that would sound idiotic, but I've heard that for quite a while the annual bonus at NFCU has been fairly hefty and would exceed anything I lost in base. Given the current work environment in govt it seems like NFCU would be closest to the "old" govt prior to this year (good WLB, pension, job security, etc.), but wanted to confirm what I've heard. |
