| My playbook is fish fillets grilled, fried or in oven but all same in that is piece of fish and some kind of sauce on it. Only other ways I know to serve is to chop fish and make fish tacos, ceviche or fish wontons/rangoon. Any other more interesting ways to present and serve the fish? Wanting to shake it up. |

Easy cleanup to boot. |
