I have used several, including Noom and my fitness pal. Noom is excellent if you really don’t know how to lose weight - it can help you with the psychology and show you bad habits/triggers to help you make a sustainable eating plan.
For regular maintenance and every day eating, I use Chronometer, which is more about macros and nutrients. I love being able to see that I am eating the *right* things for my body and getting all the nutrients I want. It also allows you to set specific limits for added sugars, goals for fiber, etc. Highly recommend.
