| We do team gifts for the coaches where thousands of dollars are free-will collected to top off their (really low) salaries. A cash gift beyond that would really look odd. |

I’ve never heard of anyone tipping the coach after all-stars and our DS is a head coach. |

It would probably be rude for him to say anything, but you should probably drop some hints. He's putting in the work, he should be rewarded. |

| A tip seems a bit much but I’m sure a coach would appreciate a card with a thank you note from your swimmer and a gift card to somewhere where they could get a cool treat (ice cream, smoothies, etc) |

| The tip should be in proportion to the relative improvement in the IMX score. There's an algorithm for that. |

| It’s in the coaches contract to be there until all-stars. They are being paid. No need to tip. |
