Issue with PayPal. Not refunding money. Has this happened to anyone else?

| So the first overseas customer service rep said that the refund was processed on their end for $130 and the store sent me a receipt that the refund was also processed on their end but then when the first rep said that she would open a ticket she did not and I had to call again and wait 40 minutes for someone to call me back and again it was from someone who was overseas. They said there was a Thai food in their area and again I had to file the dispute and she opened up the dispute but it was a dispute as if I had an issue with the merchant which I did not. So I'm not even sure if she filed the correct dispute. Has anyone had this happen to them before? And I now do not feel confident in PayPal or using PayPal in the future for any other transactions. Because I now feel if I hadn't looked over my credit card statement, I would not have known that this refund that was processed back in May did not even show up on my credit card yet and this being July now. |
