Quiche question

Can I put the quiche together, leave it in the fridge for 24 hours (uncooked) and then bake? Would the crust get soggy? I'm trying to get ahead on meal prep to make the evenings easier.

Make the crust (or buy it) and keep the filling mixed but separate in a bowl or large measuring cup. Add to the crust right before you bake it

OP here- Good idea! I feel so silly for not thinking of it!

I've also baked quiche in advance, then just heated it up a day or two later (in our large toaster oven on a low "bake" setting, covered with foil so that the crust doesn't burn.
