If you have a fairly basic set-up, why do you need a will?
I mean, let's say you have a SO and two kids... money goes to SO, and if SO isn't around, to two kids, split evenly... right? I understand if you start getting into second marriages or wanting to donate to charity or give money to Cousin Steve, etc. but if it's just a basic family, what's the big deal? |
