BTW do you have an internal website or a bulletin board in the laundry room to list condo or local next door or zillow list you can do?
When I sold my coop it turns out a person in building is likely to buy. My case a guy just divorced had a friend in building I posted it and he told his newly divorced friend. My next door neighbor used a realtor and a renter in building newly married bought it.
I still own a condo I do rent out in another building and a lot of sales are people very close by. For instance a 50 year old couple one of their Moms becamed widowed at 75 and she bought a unit and a newlwed couple whose parents live up block bought a unit. So I saw post it that way one or two weeks just to make sure you are not paying 6 percent commision to sell it to your neighbors son.
