This claim is completely false.
There is no record of the man appearing at any green card appointment in or around the area of Philadelphia on June 20, 2025. Furthermore, ICE has not deported Luis Leon—a Chilean national—to Guatemala, as his family members have said.

The burden of proof should be on the person making the claim, or in this case, posting an article. There is no evidence to suggest the story is legit. It all stemmed from a social media post.

THe latest is that the people who are accused of conspiring in secret to make a man disappear, completely deny having done it... which does not refute the story, only reinforces that their position is that they didn't do it.
