I’m all for immigration enforcement but that is secondary to the bigger problem of overall law enforcement in urban areas where offenders are released and go on to commit worse crimes.

Democrats prefer criminals to law-abiding citizens. We saw how quickly they cleaned up California when Xi was coming to town. Persistent anarchy is a Democratic policy choice and how we got Trump. We'll get something far worse when insist on continuing to let the bad guys roam free.

And this is why we don’t believe the liberal narrative that they are “not opposed to deporting illegal aliens.” When these aliens get arrested for serious crimes do the local authorities in these blue cities turn them over to ICE for deportation? No. They release them back on the streets often times with no bail.

This is what happens when you do not identify yourself, do not have a warrant and wear a mask in civilian clothing. The NRA has warned US for years this was coming. This is why the country has armed itself.

Did you even read the article? The CBP officer was off duty. He was sitting in a public park when the subject attempted to rob him. This has nothing to do with ICE agents wearing street clothing while making arrests.

I think that this was a drug deal or romantic encounter gone wrong. Maybe something arranged online and they thought that they had an easy victim that ended up being armed?

No. It was a bad guy who had tried to rob someone earlier and by chance happened to try to rob an ICE agent who was off duty.
