I’m on 3.5 estriadol patch. Do I need more? I saw that someone mentioned vaginal estriadol

Yes you need some vaginal estrogen. My OB said I should be using it for the rest of my life.

Yes. Your urethra is all twitchy. Estrogen fixes that. Plus get a few weeks of pelvic floor therapy. Insurance covers get dr referral. They show you how to train your bladder. I was going every hour in the day and everybody at night. Now I wait 2-3 hours daytime and only go once at night. Still working on leaks.

Yes, systemic estrogen isn’t going to help your bladder. You need the vaginal estrogen for that.

I’m 50 and have been on vaginal estrodial for a week and I can tell a difference in “need” and, sorry, dripping afterwards. I have been on the patch for a while and just added vaginal.
