Does that exist in a suite/package? Or do you piece a range, fridge, dishwasher together bt color/finish?
In the past 30 years I've had a Dacor that lasted 7 years and a Fisher Paykel dishwasher die on year 3. What is the best? |

I've had Bosch dishwashers in two homes and I'm going to get a third and I'm getting a Bosch range.
New fridge will be Fisher and Paykel because of some specifications...crossing my fingers. |

We buy appliances individually. We go and find reviews to narrow down the choices. Then we purchase from store with good delivery, return policy and price (lately Costco)
Our mindset is that appliances aren’t built like they used to be and their life is only about 10 years. We’re on our second Bosch DW, one before lasted 10 years. Could have fixed for about $300 but new one was $900. We’ve had fridges from GE and Whirlpool and they each lasted 10 years. New one is Frigidaire and was bought off reviews and features. Stove is GE. Last one also GE and lasted 10 years. We tend to stay away from Samsung as reviews weren’t good for items we were shopping. |

I don't have a recommendation for what is reliable, but I do have a warning of what not to get - KitchenAid. I will never buy one of their appliances again.
Fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, 48" stove - nothing but problems. Sooooo disappointed. |

Almost every appliance company has bad reviews.
My appliances are 21 years old and I am limping them along until I decide what to replace. Many (just like my current 21 year old washing machine) experience problems early in life. It had two housecalls and a new motor within 2 years. I was considering Speed Queen for my next purchase but they are far more expensive and don't have the features I want, Consumer Reports hates them, and to top it off, the vacuum cleaner repairman in my town also hates them after buying one based on advice from a friend who repairs appliances. The pump on his brand new Speed Queen broke twice in his first 3 months of ownership. |
| GE |
+1. All my GE appliances lasted 15 years. |
| GE, Whirlpool, Electrolux. |
| Don’t do Samsung. |
| GE, Subzero and Thermador worked equally well for us, regardless of their cost. Only aesthetics were different. |
| Subzero and Thermador aren't exactly mid-range appliances, but they are great. |
GE appliances made before the brand was sold to Chinese company Haier are rock-solid. GE branded appliances after Haier bought the GE brand for appliances are unreliable junk. |
| We've actually had very good luck with Kitchenaid |
Bought my Speed Queen several years ago and we love it. It has a fairly long warranty too. Ours hasn’t given us any issues, and cleans our clothes well and fast. Well worth the $$$$. |
| We’ve had good luck with Whirlpool |
