NVSL Tech Suit U12

I know tech suits are not allowed for U12. 10 year old DS won’t have any issues with the below suit for NVSL Divisionals on Saturday? It’s not a true tech suit and has the green check label. I saw another swimmer in our division wearing the same suit at our A meets last weekend, but just want to double check.
And I’m not crazy, DS asked for this bathing suit and paid for half of it was his own money. He’s a year round swimmer and gets really into summer swim. https://a.co/d/2YIjiP6 |

| That’s perfectly fine. And most kids swimming divisionals who have hopes to make ASRs wear 12U compliant suits. |
