I have a bunch of projects, mostly small. What's the most affordable and easiest way to get this all done? Some examples of things:
- partial bathroom renovation. Not shower tile and tub, but new toilet, vanity, hardware, paint, re-seal wood floor - add a kitchen backsplash - add electrical for outdoor porch fan - fix some broken outlets - fix a window that had a leak - change out various pendant and ceiling lights - fix a spigot - lots of caulking - add cabinetry in a kitchen nook - a few more small things that I can't DIY Obviously I have priority in my head. Let's say I want to outsource all of this. What kind of person should I look for to "package" it all? |
A husband? |
Electrician for the electrical, handyman for the rest. |

If you have a highly highly skilled and trusted handyman they could tackle this, but if you are particular about details be careful. |
There are companies that do handyman work - like JW and the like. They send out the right people and get it all done in two days. This is the type of company we used to fix up our house for sale. |
