Hair growth and loss with HRT

I started the estrogen patch with progesterone pill. My hair hair fall had decreased dramatically. However, after 1 year in, it's starting to fall out again. What is going on? Is my dose to high or too low? This is very distressing. Anyone BTDT?

You cannot escape perimenopause hair loss. You should look into wigs and toppers. It's better to at least have some familiarity with them NOW before you start walking around like those old ladies with see through hair.
