A few people I know wear them and love the info they are getting. The cycle tracking is interesting to me, since I am 43 and feeling like my body has been changing, the early stages of peri. Anyone use an Oura ring and have feedback? I’m not wild about the subscription aspect…. |
People seem to love them but I found the “data” pretty useless. It would tell me I slept great when I knew I had been up tossing and turning all night. It also glitched once and burned my finger which probably affects my opinion of it. I find my Apple Watch significantly more accurate. The oura sits in my junk drawer. |
What are you going to do with the information it gives you? If the answer is nothing, don’t spend the $$. I know a few people with this device/ring and they don’t seem particularly fit to me. |
Waste of money. |
