Oura ring

A few people I know wear them and love the info they are getting. The cycle tracking is interesting to me, since I am 43 and feeling like my body has been changing, the early stages of peri. Anyone use an Oura ring and have feedback? I’m not wild about the subscription aspect….

People seem to love them but I found the “data” pretty useless. It would tell me I slept great when I knew I had been up tossing and turning all night. It also glitched once and burned my finger which probably affects my opinion of it. I find my Apple Watch significantly more accurate. The oura sits in my junk drawer.

What are you going to do with the information it gives you? If the answer is nothing, don’t spend the $$. I know a few people with this device/ring and they don’t seem particularly fit to me.

Waste of money.
