Are all real estate agents this badgering?

My real estate agent for a home I'm selling is calling and emailing me constantly. Is this the norm?

The behavior is turning me off.

Yes, they're annoying and useless. They look at you and see a commission check. The reason the agent is bugging you is that they fear you'll use someone else instead.

I am considering using someone else because I'm so sick of the badgering...

Have you signed the listing agreement with them yet? Yes sometimes they'll drive you nuts badgering you until you sign.

Op, fire this agent. Imagine how awful he would be once you sign a contract.

We had one, and it expired. This must be why I'm being badgered so much.

I'm not sure if I should get a new agent. Won't they all do this?
