Crabs taste different in different seasons, different gender, different states (mostly due to the water) and the mustard is different. |

| Maryland crabs from Chesapeake are from brackish water. Ocean crabs or Gulf crabs from saltier water taste different. I grew up in FL and prefer Gulf crabs. |
