Medium sized company. I have a friend of a friend familiar with them that has provided an insider's look. Job is high level financial planning & analysis:

- first CFO mutually agreed to leave after seven months because he was heading towards a nervous breakdown. It was during peak COVID.
- second CFO was there four years, one of the reasons he left was due to exhaustion. He is now retired.
- outside consultant who helped the second CFO took two months off, no work due to exhaustion.

Salary range is maybe 10% over.market.
