Which privates still use textbooks?

DC used textbooks for most classes 5th-8th at Congressional, although a couple were online.

At HS at SSSAS most are online but a few are physical, it varies.

I went to public high school in the 2000s. We had assigned lockers, but no one really used them due to logistics and the short time between classes.

Bishop Ireton does. The Alexandria diocese elementary and middle school my other children attend also still uses textbooks.

DC had and used a locker in MS. DC was concerned when looking at HS to hear that no one used them. It turns out with the block schedule and mostly online textbooks, DC is carrying around binders and stuff but has never had an issue fitting the full day’s materials into a manageable (though sometimes heavy) backpack and also never uses their locker.

The school does still provide lockers, however, so if your kid wants or needs to use it, it’s there.
