Jimmy John’s for a small birthday party (<15 people) — You are a guest, which sandwiches are you expecting?

Anonymous
Birthday persons favorite food! Tell me your expectation of what combination of sandwiches I should have or better yet, which type of sandwich you would eat.

A vegetarian option that isn't just an uninspired pile of soggy vegetables stuffed into a hoagie roll.

You know the owner of Jimmy John’s kills giraffes and elephants in Africa in canned hunts?
Try and get your kid interested in other food. My kid wouldn’t be attending.

Don't blame the child for the parent.

Does he put the giraffe and elephant in the sandwiches?

Turkey!

I’ve seen these before at parties and am often stuck with the vegetarian one that no one wants. So I’d see if anyone is a vegetarian before ordering that.

I always go for the Italian. Basic options like Turkey and Ham & Cheese too. Skip the Veg unless you know a vegetarian is coming.

Op here. We are West African fwiw to the hunting PP but back into the sandwiches 😭

I’ve heard no vegetables stuffed in a hoagie - DH is vegan so that is along our lines.

But for parents - what do you all eat? Or what type would you eat? Ham, turkey, roast beef, Italian mix?

Turkey mostly, a few ham, a veggie one .

No roast beef though. Sandwich platters always come with them and nobody eats them (except that 1 lone guest).

Is this for a kid's bday party?

I would ask JJ what their most popular menu items are.
