khakis with zipper pockets

Hi- My college aged son likes to wear basic slim, straight legged khakis, most are from J Crew or American Eagle.

He is spending a semester abroad in Europe, will be going to clubs and bars often I’m sure, and it was suggested to him to get pants with zippered pockets to deter pickpocketing especially of his phone.

Does anyone know where to find basic khaki pants (not joggers) with zippered pockets?

Look at golf pants.

Also look at hiking pants options. Many of those have zippered pockets

Zippers won't deter pickpockets either. A zipper is no problem. Buttons are actually harder to loosen undetected and are often cut off instead.
