How quickly can you get a DC Basic Business License?

We unexpectedly need to try to rent our DC row home next month. Has anyone gotten the license extremely quickly?

You basically just fill out the form online and pay the fee. I remember it being very quick

We used RentJiffy to help with getting a license. There is a city inspection involved.

No there isn’t. That’s to get a Certificate of Occupancy. Not to get a business license. A business license is nothing to get.
