De Matha soccer camp experiences?

My DD did soccer camp at Dematha a few years ago, hoping to boost her skills. She came away unimpressed and said it was a lot of just games and very little in the way of drills etc. She said she didn't really get any direct tips or instruction.

I know that starting last year they came under new management at DeMatha soccer and I was wondering if anyone had done camp there either last summer or already this summer and could let me know if the camp is still the same or if they offer more skills focused instruction and help?

My kids have gone there for years - it depends on who attends really. If you have mostly rec players, they will work with the kids at that level. If you have mostly club players, they will work at that level.

With the change in leadership, the camp is smaller last year, but they did have a girls only camp last summer and separated the boys and girls for one of the weeks this summer (which my daughter appreciated).

I do know that the counselors are older this summer and are taking their jobs more seriously.
